富士山をご神体とする山梨や静岡など１３都府県の浅間神社は９日、「全国浅間神社連合会」を設立した。交流サイト（ＳＮＳ）を通じて浅間神社の歴史を発信したり、御朱印帳に押す共通の印を作ったりし、伝統文化の継承につなげる。
連合会事務局によると、浅間神社は富士山を信仰し、富士山の神「木花開耶姫命」をまつる。山梨を含め全国に約１３００社があるが、浅間神社の間で交流を図る全国的な組織はなかった。
連合会は甲斐国一宮浅間神社（笛吹市）の古屋真弘宮司や、北口本宮冨士浅間神社（富士吉田市）の上文司厚宮司ら山梨、静岡両県の神社の宮司５人が発起人となり設立した。会員には関東地方を中心とした１都１府１１県の９３社が名を連ねた。
インスタグラムの公式アカウントを通じて浅間神社の歴史を紹介する。連合会共通の印を作り、御朱印の一部に押すことで参拝者に楽しんでもらう事業も計画している。定期的に会員が集まり、親睦を深める総会も開く。
９日は静岡県富士宮市の富士山本宮浅間大社で設立総会があり、関係者約７０人が出席した。

A new nationwide organization, the “Sengen Shrine Association of Japan,” was established on March 9 by Sengen Shrines across 13 prefectures, including Yamanashi and Shizuoka, where Mount Fuji is revered as the sacred object of worship.
According to the association’s secretariat, Sengen Shrines are dedicated to the worship of Mount Fuji and enshrine Konohanasakuya-hime, the deity of the mountain. Although there are approximately 1,300 Sengen Shrines throughout Japan, there had previously been no national organization to connect them.
The association was founded by five chief priests from shrines in Yamanashi and Shizuoka, including the head priest of Kai Ichinomiya Sengen Shrine and the head priest of Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine. At present, 93 shrines from one metropolis, one prefecture, and eleven additional prefectures—mainly in the Kanto region—have joined as members.
Through its official Instagram account, the association plans to share the history and cultural significance of Sengen Shrines. It also aims to create a unified seal to be stamped in goshuin books, offering visitors a new way to engage with these sacred sites. In addition, regular general meetings will be held to strengthen connections among member shrines.
The inaugural general meeting took place at Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha in Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, with approximately 70 participants in attendance.
The establishment of this association marks a meaningful step toward preserving and sharing the cultural and spiritual heritage of Sengen Shrines. We will continue to follow and share its future activities on this blog.
